Shipping & Returns Policy

- Shipping

We aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium is 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Delivery Partners: We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

Important: If we are unable to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, unless otherwise agreed.

- Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., by email).

- How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

You may use the standard EU withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Return Conditions

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

  • Items must be returned in a condition that allows resale.

  • You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method), within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal.

  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever occurs first.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed

  • Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items

  • Digital content delivered electronically if performance has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal rights

Return Costs

  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.

  • If the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return costs.

Defective or Incorrect Products (Legal Guarantee)

Under EU law, you are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

    You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
